Does your character have any close ties to existing canon characters? He is friends with DCTV's Flash and Killer Frost, and married to Felicity Smoak back home.

Why do you think your character would work in this setting?

Oliver will choose to stay because it is a reprieve, an accident of space and time, which will grant him a little more time before his prophesied death. He will stay because the town

How do you plan to expand their CR?

We hope to see players attempt to branch out of their (and their character's) comfort zones, and try to encourage cultivation of as much CR as possible. We feel that this responsibility is 50% on the new player, and 50% on current players; with that in mind:

Is your character a social butterfly? Do you have plots that would help expand their social circle? If not, how do you plan to work to gain CR with new people?

What will your character do for work?

Your character must have a job in New Dodge if they are over the age of 13.

Third-Person Sample:

Oliver is never quite sure what the multiverse will throw at him, and this time is no difference, no change from that. He is in mid-walk when he appears not where he was, and not where he meant to be. He looks around, then back at the room around him, which is... a bathroom?

He's had odd experiences with portals and being abducted through them, before. And he was headed specifically somewhere else when this one grabbed him. Expecting a trap, or something much worse, or maybe even a weird Nazi parallel universe (don't ask), he is rather embarrassed by instead standing in a bathroom. He has barely any time to get used to being here, and has just shifted to look around and take a breath when someone steps in.

Almost, he reaches for his bow and an arrow, almost, he launches an attack, but recent events, and the unexpectedness of his arrival in this place make him hesitate, take a second to think, and instead of either of those, he nods, raises his hands in lack of offense, then speaks.

"Pardon me, but can you tell me where I am?"

***

Once he settles into this town, it's not as hard as he thought it might be to find work in this weird frontier town. Oliver has met some friends, and some new people, and has a job putting his skills to use. And is learning, always learning, how to get along here.

It's not a bad thing, this place, and he could, he thinks, get used to it. Even with his mind sometimes clouded by what happened back home, he wonders, really, if this is not a better place for him. All told. At least until he is inevitably drawn back to his fate, or to his wife. One of those.

For now, he was here, sipping a drink and eating some pizza as he watched the saloon go by. He'd head home in a little, but for now... here he was.

First-Person Sample:

My name is Oliver Queen. I'm new here, but hoping to stay awhile. I was not expecting to be here, or to arrive quite so dramatically as I did, but it seems like a nice place.

Do the words Earth 1, Central City, Star City, or Gotham City, for that matter, mean anything to anyone here? Just curious. I was wondering if anyone I know from home might be around.

Also, how does one register for work here? I am still trying to make sense of everything I was told. Not my first universe jump, but it is my first space one.

Thanks.
